- Teams will be chosen by team captains.

- There are 4 people to a team, including captains.

- Each captain takes turns choosing teams from the people on the panel who have agreed to be a part of the league.

- Each team takes turns choosing a question and side.

- There will be 2 questions per sides.

- There are 15 minutes per side/per question.

- 3 Rounds per question. 4 Minutes per round. 2 minute back and forward between teams.

- Audience members can submit questions with Cash Qs.

- 2 Cash Qs between rounds.

- 2 Minutes to answer Cash Qs.

- Pot starts off at $100 and is incremented by Cash Qs.

- Questions answered will be determined by price of Cash Q.

- Audience polls will go out after each round.

- Polls are asked concerning preparation of argument, not based on whether the person agrees.
